Richard is a highly experienced Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Information Technology professional based in Dublin, Ireland. He has almost 20 years experience in developing GIS projects, Databases, Information Management Systems, Technical documentation and delivering front and second line IT support.

With significant expertise in GIS and spatial data management in the Business, Planning and Environmental sectors, Richard has provided GIS and related services for a very wide range of projects ranging from Address GeoCoding and Site Selection studies to Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and Sustainability Assessments. Richard is well versed in all aspects of spatial data handling, from data sourcing and creation to system design and planning, high end cartography and graphic design.
